Mr. Alan Freisleben to speak at the 2014 CLM Product Liability & ADR Conference
Mr. Alan Freisleben, Partner, Freisleben Law Group LLP, will be speaking on “Mediation-Does What Goes on There Stay There?” at the 2014 CLM Product Liability & ADR Conference. The Conference will be held in Columbus, Ohio, on June 13. Some of the other topics covered during the conference include prevention of product liability claims, coverage for cyber-attacks, preparing corporate entities for deposition and trial testimony, use of jury consultants, how to handle cultural background differences, psychology of negotiation, and confidentiality in mediation.
Mr. Freisleben has a respected reputation as a trial and appellate lawyer and brings 25-plus years of experience in all aspects of dispute resolution, trials, appeals, mediation and arbitration in the state and federal courts. His experience spans a wide variety of complex disputes. These include:
- Insurance coverage, claims disputes and consulting
- Business and employment claims
- General Insurance law including agent/broker issues
- Errors and omissions litigation and
- Defense of holding companies from claims of alter ego and joint enterprise liability as well as breach of fiduciary duties
He is a member of the California Bar and has been admitted to courts outside the State on a pro hac vice basis in the West and Midwest at the request of clients. Mr. Freisleben is also the co-founder of Insurance Consultancy, LLC, a risk advisory service launching in 2014.
